What the service does

GoToPDF is a free tool that converts supported document and image files between formats — including PDF, Word, Excel, CSV, text, and images — entirely within your own browser. We provide it "as is" for personal and professional use, at no cost, without requiring an account.

No warranty

GoToPDF is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that conversions will be error-free, that formatting will exactly match the source file, or that the service will be available at all times. You are responsible for reviewing converted files before relying on them, especially for anything official, legal, or time-sensitive.

Your responsibility for content

You are solely responsible for the files you choose to convert. Don't use GoToPDF to process content you don't have the right to handle, or in any way that violates applicable law. Since conversion happens locally in your browser, we have no visibility into what you convert and no ability to monitor or moderate it.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GoToPDF and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site, including data loss, formatting errors, or business interruption.

The GoToPDF name, logo, and site design belong to their respective owners. Underlying conversion runs on open-source libraries under their own licenses; we claim no ownership over your documents or their contents.

These terms are governed by general principles of applicable consumer-protection and e-commerce law in the jurisdiction where the service operator is based, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions.
